NRI Services in India

I have been repeatedly requested by NRIs (Non Resident Indians) from world over including USA,UK, New Zealand ,Australia & other countries, to write articles on “NRI Services in India”.
Objective : “To draw in general opinion of NRIs ,to identify services matching common needs for the benefit of the community covering NRI segment.”
Reviews: While going thru the internet it is observed that most of the websites are covering the Financial/Banking & Real estate segment. No serious effort has been made on the following :
NRI Parent care Services: By virtue of “Sanskaras” & our attachment with Parents, every Indian finds its moral responsibility for Parent care.
NRI Healthcare Services: NRIs working abroad, are always concerned about their family including children/spouse/Parents and would always be interested in Update of Healthcare Services in India.
Religious Rituals : The need of services offering guidance/counseling on “Religious Rituals” stands for its own importance.
NRI Event Management Services: For social events like Family Reunion, Marriages & many other social get together, the availability of such services with options, would be a matter of comfort to NRIs visiting India.
NRI Property Management Services: “Property Management” being a very sensitive issue, an NRI would like to enjoy the independence of handling it through a “Reliable/Trustworthy certified agency”, than depending on the favors of friends & relations.
NRI Counseling Services: Some of PIOs are born & brought up abroad are ignorant/unaware of the systems, ways, customs& traditions etc .Such ,need authentic counseling in the field of travel, Investment & other required fields.
NRI Relocation Counseling: After having enough of that word, quite a few wish to relocate themselves back to India. and want to reassure their decision by unbiased opinion & counseling in required fields.

person in NRI ,his salary for sevices rendered outside india is given in india directly by employer. it is credited directly in his NRE a\c .is ths salary will be taxable in india?
