The agents are asking me to pay Rs 60,000 per sq. yrd. Is that a fair price? I am in Nepal and do not know much but I like the area very very much. Can you please guide me? What about water, elc. and security issues? With the new Metro coming up, will the prices go further down? Iam ignorant to all this. Pls. do let eme know. I met one resident in Greenwood when I was there few months back. He siad the prices were not going any higher. For me this will be an investement property. Should I build, keep or do what?
