Although short term/long term tax benefit of investment in REMF vs Real estate
makes it attractive. But to gain the confidence of the investor Government has to design the policy more of transparency.

Since in present scenario, I feel that the growth in Real estate segment in India
Is not at all close organized manner because of parallel transactions taking place better known to all concerned.

Therefore to implement this program there is an immediate need of Real-estate Regulatory Authority in India.( like we have Regulatory authorities in different sectors ie Insurance etc.)

The Real-estate Regulatory Authority should lay out defined norms to be followed
by the Builders/Developers and also closely monitor its implementation of the same.
